Payment and Delivery


You can make a ($) payment to our Türkiye İş Bankası account by bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer).


You can use all kinds of credit cards on our website to make online single payments or take advantage of online installment options. In online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. Refunds to your credit card for possible order cancellations or stock issues will be made within 3 business days.


Refund of Order Amount 

In case of cancellation of your orders for any reason, Divvesa will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card information correctly and completely to our company’s financial authorities.



We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo as quickly as possible. For products that require procurement time, the delivery time of the cargo is 7 business days, as indicated in the product details. If there is a possible delay in delivery, you will be informed. In order for the product delivery to be completed without any problems, please specify the address of your location during the day as the delivery address. Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specified at the end of the order. Products will be sent from our company based in Manisa with the most suitable shipping option from UPS/DHL/Fedex courier companies. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the cargo company within a maximum of 7 (SEVEN) business days. You can consult with our customer representative about different delivery conditions. In addition, cargo deliveries are valid only for Turkey.


Payment Tracking 

If the system cannot complete the transaction for any reason, the visitor is notified of this situation at the end of the payment page. In case of any errors in the specified address, contact is established with the person who placed the order regarding the undeliverable order. The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed with the automatic email sent after the order is transferred. Our responsibility towards the bank we use for credit card system is also in question, as much as the customer, regarding the delivery.


Please note!

During shipment, open and inspect packages that you think may have been damaged in the presence of the authorized personnel of the delivery company. 

If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by drafting a report with the cargo company. After the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty properly.

If you perform these procedures, we will initiate work related to your package and ensure the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
