All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. All orders are delivered to our customers via Yurtiçi Kargo. Items are usually delivered within 5-7 working days after placing the order. Shipping may take longer than 10 days depending on national customs regulations. The package says delivered but I did not receive it, what should I do?
