CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
If you place an order through the website you are using electronically, you will be deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other relevant laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased. Shipping costs, which are the product shipment expenses, will be paid by the seller. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within the legal 30-day period, provided that it does not exceed 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in compliance with the specified characteristics in the order, along with any warranty documents, user manuals, and other documents, if available. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
NON-PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE:
If the buyer does not pay the purchase price of the product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS IN TRANSACTIONS:
After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping expenses to be borne by the seller.
NON-DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
If unforeseen force majeure events occur that the seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered within the specified period, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order and has made the payment in cash, the amount will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take the bank 2-3 weeks to transfer it to the buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The buyer must inspect the contract goods/services before receiving them; damaged or defective goods/services, torn packaging, etc., should not be received from the shipping company. The received goods/services will be deemed undamaged and intact. The BUYER must keep the goods/services carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the goods/services should not be used. An invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER may use the right of withdrawal from the contract without any legal or penal liability and without showing any reason, provided that it notifies the SELLER in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product purchased to itself or to the person/organization at the address indicated.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
If the buyer has purchased a service, the 14-day period starts from the date of signing of the contract. In service contracts where the service has started with the approval of the consumer before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the BUYER.
To use the right of withdrawal, it is obligatory to notify the SELLER in writing by registered mail, fax, or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days and the product must not be used within the scope of the “Products That Cannot Be Used for the Right of Withdrawal” specified in this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
If the third person or the BUYER to whom the product is delivered is a legal person, the product invoice of the delivered product (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution during the return. Order returns with uncut invoices cannot be completed.)
The return form, the box of the products to be returned, its packaging, if any, must be delivered complete and undamaged along with its standard accessories.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification by itself and to take back the goods within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason caused by the fault of the BUYER or if it becomes impossible to return the goods, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER at the rate of his fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations caused by the proper use of the product or service within the withdrawal period. If the campaign limit set by the SELLER for the use of the right of withdrawal is below, the amount of the discount used within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:
There is no right of withdrawal for custom design orders prepared at the request or explicitly in line with the personal needs of the BUYER. The return and withdrawal right cannot be exercised for underwear bottom parts, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, makeup materials, disposable products, products at risk of rapid deterioration or likely to exceed the expiration date, products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene after being delivered, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, products other than those provided within the scope of the subscription agreement, such as newspapers and magazines, instant delivery of services or non-material goods delivered to the consumer immediately, and sound or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, whose packaging has been opened by the BUYER. In addition, in accordance with the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services that are started to be performed with the consent of the consumer before the expiry of the right of withdrawal for products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, books, duplicable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, as well as stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), must be returned unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the BUYER defaults in the event that he/she pays with a credit card, he/she accepts, declares, and undertakes that he/she will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the buyer and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply to legal remedies; the BUYER may be liable to pay the expenses and attorney’s fees that will arise, and in any case, the BUYER accepts that he/she will pay the damages incurred by the SELLER due to the delay in the performance of the debt.
